Great work starts with great people.
Good design is a group effort. A steady balance of push and pull. Questions and answers. Camaraderie and critique. Fortunately for us, we have a good crew.
From different backgrounds made up of different experiences, we are a diverse group that not only celebrates our diversity but recognizes how these differences lead to a better understanding of our clients and, thus, better work.
Monarose A.F. Ryan
Founder / Creative Director
Monarose is an itinerant creative—having lived in both several states and countries over the last ten years.
She loves cupcakes, craft beer, and the works of Rainer Maria Rilke.
Aaron Rocha
Lead Designer / Illustrator
Aaron enjoys creating compelling and dynamic work. He thrives within parameters but really shows his talents when creating something from nothing.
He drinks black coffee. Loves the color pink, but wears black.
Christine Anderson
Lead Copywriter
When Christine was a kid, a psychic told her grandmother that she would grow up to be a lawyer. After several years as a legal assistant, she almost went to law school, but narrowly escaped a lifetime of student loan debt to become a copywriter instead.
Troy Brajkovich
Lead Photographer / Videographer
Troy’s love for traveling and exotic experiences have taken him to more than 20 countries and each have contributed to the development of his understanding of humanity and nature as subject of visual art. He works as a director, cinematographer, editor, and photographer.
When not behind a camera, Troy is likely on a beach somewhere.
Carmen Varner
Social Media Strategist
Whether she's crafting an Instagram caption, writing a newsletter, or researching the best hashtags to use, Carmen loves creating content that resonates with a brand’s audience. She's a data and analytics nerd.
She's probably drinking lukewarm tea right now.
Nemesia Fickle
Illustrator
As a child, Nemesia wanted to be an “astronaut racecar driver” even as she spent most of her time drawing. Now, still interested in science and engineering, she still finds herself drawing—if not for work then of alternate universe versions of her favorite television characters.
Here’s why we’re different from other branding professionals:
Your team is put together based on exactly what you need
At The Pink Librarian we customize the team working on any given project to meet the custom needs of that project.

(like, now)
When it’s time to create (or recreate) the branding and/or marketing for your business, you don’t want to wait six months to do it. Because of our distinct flexibility, we are able to put together a team so that when you need premium branding quickly, you can actually get it. Although we only take on select projects, those projects are delivered within short timescales, so that you never miss a step.
